Podium Stats is a web-based platform designed to help racing organizations manage their members, races, results, and standings. The Service allows users to:

  • Track race results and calculate points
  • View standings and statistics
  • Manage organization memberships
  • Create and manage sub-accounts
  • Access race information and results

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Conduct

Race results and standings data may be visible to other members of your organization as determined by your organization's privacy settings.

7. Organization Administration

Organization administrators have additional responsibilities and capabilities, including:

  • Managing member accounts and permissions
  • Creating and managing races and point structures
  • Setting organization privacy preferences
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms of Service

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
